BOOKING & PAYMENT

Once you have found a venue that you like, contact us by email with the details of the package you are interested in, or if you want a tailor made package let us know what elements and services you need, we will send you an accurate quote based on the numbers in your party. After the package contents have been agreed and venue availability for the date you requested has been confirmed the next stage is the deposit payment.


To secure the venue and date a 25% deposit is required. This is payable by bank transfer into our UK bank account (we will give you the details at time of booking)


This deposit is non refundable but may be transferred to a different venue/date at our discretion.
 

Please use your name as a reference so we can ensure the funds are receipted promptly. Once the deposit has been received you will be sent a Booking Acknowledgement form which will detail all the services included in your individual wedding package including any extras, party number and your contact details. Please make sure you check this and notify us immediately of any irregularities. This document will form the contract of our services to you.


The remaining outstanding amount of the Turkey wedding package price must be paid by 8 weeks before your arrival. Any last minute changes after this time can be agreed with payment made in resort at our discretion. You may pay in as many installments as you like or as a single payment, simply let us know. Please note Scottish Sterling notes are not accepted in Turkey.
